In a myriad of non-profit settings, Bev Parnell has seen others cultivate energy and change for good in their families, relationships, friendships, teams, communities and workplaces. The process and the outcomes continue to be astonishing and awe-inspiring, even after 20 years of THIS---Bev's life's work.

Bev shares her 20+ years of experience partnering with diverse leaders to achieve their optimal growth and development. With Development Asociates International, Bev served as faculty onsite in Uganda and Nigeria within their Master's in Organizational and Leadership programs. She's successfully coached individuals and developed teams across the US, Canada, Africa and Australia including her work with The Gottman Institute, Invista Performance Solutions and MultiCare Health Systems.

Bev offers a unique niche for today's non-profit leaders including--but not limited to-- our helpers, healers and teachers within healthcare, behavioral/mental health, social services and education.

Outside of professional development, Bev enjoys SCUBA diving with her teenage son, serving on the Mary Bridge Children's Hospital Parent & Family Advisory Council and attending tribute band concerts with her husband. She is a passionate advocate for children with disabilities and especially those living (and thriving!) within a neuro-diverse experience. She is dedicated to creatively living life to the fullest.
